Our purpose is to help you obtain a merchant account from one of our reputable banking partners. Any contracts you sign to obtain your merchant account will be between you (your company) and the individual banks you are referred to. We do not charge you for this referral service. Your processing fees will be assigned by the appropriate banking institutions and the processing rates can vary from 1.5% to 6% and the exact rate is established by us and/or minimums by the banks. We will assist all merchants who sell products and services where these products and services are legal according to local laws and governance. Any failure to adhere to these policies and laws will result in a terminated account. This is subject to the particular contract with a particular bank and their individual policies of that contract your company signs and is fully at the discretion of the said banking institution. For any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our offices.
